Week Two!

This week started off with a bang, with fearing I had lost my passport. With a quick glance in Penrith, it was fortunately found and we moved on to Keswick. We did more sight seeing, touring both towns: Keswick and Windermere. The week was not devoid of hiking however. In the first three days, we moved on to Switzerland, where we met Christina and began our Tour de Mont Blanc. We saw the town Grindelwald, a huge hit with Harry Potter fans, and walked down to Gimmelwald and through the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Finally, we wrapped up our week with departing Interlochen and German-speaking Switzerland for Champex and French-speaking Switzerland. We ended the week with going off on our first backpacking section of the Tour de Mont Blanc.
